International Shipping:

Orders shipping outside the US are sent by US Air Mail or Global Priority mail depending upon the destination and size of the order. Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees. International orders that are returned as undeliverable or for refusal to pay local custom fees are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping.

Product Returns:

Coffee may be exchanged or returned as long as the sealed package is unopened and it is in resalable condition.

All sales of clearance or closeout items are final.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. To receive an RMA call customer service at 631- 225-0440. Returned Goods without an RMA number will be refused.
